Itinerary

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you’ll be greeted by Likana Safaris representatives who will facilitate your transfer to your accommodation in Entebbe or Kampala. After settling in,  The following day, journey to Jinja, Uganda’s adventure capital. You’ll embark on a scenic drive through the countryside, arriving in Jinja in time for lunch. Explore the iconic Source of the Nile, on a boat ride  to witness the convergence of the Nile’s different tributaries, and engage in adrenaline-pumping activities such as white-water rafting, quad biking or bungee jumping. Overnight stay in Jinja.

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

After breakfast, depart from Jinja and travel to Sipi Falls, located in the eastern part of Uganda near Mount Elgon. The journey takes you through picturesque landscapes, rural villages, and lush farmlands. Upon arrival at Sipi Falls, check into your accommodation and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a guided hike to explore the stunning Sipi Falls, a series of three waterfalls cascading down the slopes of Mount Elgon. Enjoy breathtaking views of the falls and surrounding countryside as you hike through the lush vegetation. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, continue your journey to Lake Mburo National Park, the smallest savanna park in Uganda. Upon arrival, check into your accommodation and enjoy lunch. The following day, wake up early for a morning game drive, followed by a boat safari on Lake Mburo, offering opportunities to see hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Upon encountering the gorillas, you’ll have a magical hour to observe and photograph these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
