Upon your arrival at Kigali International Airport, a representative from Likana Safari Uganda will warmly welcome you to Rwanda. You’ll be transferred to your accommodation in Kigali where you can rest and relax after your journey. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to explore Kigali, visit local markets, or learn about Rwanda’s history at the Genocide Memorial Center. Overnight stay in Kigali.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Volcanoes National Park, located in northwestern Rwanda. En route, enjoy picturesque views of Rwanda’s countryside and rolling hills. After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before venturing into the forest with experienced guides. Trek through the lush vegetation in search of mountain gorillas, encountering other wildlife and bird species along the way. Spend a magical hour observing and photographing a gorilla family in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation. Trek through the dense vegetation in search of a gorilla family, marveling at the sights and sounds of the forest along the way. Upon encountering the gorillas, spend a magical hour observing and photographing these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.
